Meet the Author

Stories have always been my way of exploring the questions real life rarely answers cleanly. They allow us to strip away certainty and discover who people become when every choice comes at a cost. That’s what keeps drawing me back to the page.

I’ve never been interested in people who always know the right thing to do. The ones who stay with me are those who stumble, compromise, survive, and still try to remain themselves. Perhaps that’s why I’m drawn to characters who carry contradictions within them—people whose greatest strength grows from the very thing the world mistakes for weakness.

I’ve been writing since I was fourteen, though stories claimed me long before I ever tried writing one myself. Romance was the genre that first captured my imagination, but I quickly realised that genre was never the point.

What matters isn’t the century, the magic system, or even the mystery. It’s whether the people inhabiting that world can make me believe that love is still worth choosing when every reason tells them not to. Not the easy kind, but the kind that survives ambition, fear, duty, and impossible choices. To me, love is never separate from the rest of life. It’s tested by every conflict, transformed by every sacrifice, and ultimately the reason any victory is worth fighting for.

Prince of Rats was the first story I finally carried all the way to the end, and finishing it changed something fundamental. It taught me that the stories worth telling are rarely the easiest ones—they’re the ones that refuse to let go until you’ve followed them to the very end.

Originally from Hungary, I now live in the hills of Andalusia, Spain—a place that feels more like home than anywhere else ever has. When I’m not writing, you’ll usually find me reading, wandering old streets, or arguing with fictional characters who are convinced they know their own stories better than I do.
